The food was incredible and she cleaned up everything after and left the kitchen spotless! The entire experience from the first piece of communication to Joe cleaning everything up was fantastic. His wagu beef filet was talked about from our group for days afterwards. One time this girl had the saddest look on her face when he said goodbye like she really didn't want him to leave or wanted to say something to him. He makes really good food and these people genuinely seem like they enjoy it. The whole process of deciding what food they like choosing ingredients and making up recipes in the supermarket is entertaining. They seem to go rather quickly when it comes to making the actual food and gloss over some finer details. The most interesting part is the tension between him and these women.

Curtis plans a gourmet feast, beginning with Sevruga caviar-topped oysters and an entrée of caramelized wing of skate with white asparagus, capers, baby octopus and lemon. For dessert, a cheesecake with strawberries and aged balsamic vinegar.

I'm sure they don't show the people that say no, whats the point? On the house part, I'm sure they give them time to clean and whatever. Many times he tells you that it's like 10 or 11 in the morning and they are cooking dinner for 5 or 6 at night. So yea they cut out a lot of cleaning prep who knows what else out, but I'm convinced that these interactions with these women are real.
Curtis spots a cute Russian woman named Elena having trouble selecting the right kind of olive oil. Curtis offers to help Elena out, but only if she agrees to take him back home so he can cook a meal for her family. Elena confesses she is a bit shocked by Curtis and the crew, but accepts the offer as long as Curtis agrees to clean her dirty dishes.
Elena seems nervous at first and admits she doesn't always understand Curtis and his Australian accent; however, she relaxes and opens up in short order. Back at Elena's home, Curtis is impressed by the herb and vegetable ... Curtis serves Renee, a mother of two, shrimp curry with ginger and garlic, and for dessert, crepes made from scratch with strawberries and chocolate sauce. Patrishia plans to make dinner for her boyfriend, Ara. Curtis serves a meal featuring fresh bruschetta with smoked salmon and crème fraiche, prime cut fillets with vegetables and beef broth, and tapioca pudding with bananas covered in rum sauce.
